EVERY TIME I go in there, Peggy is so friendly, welcoming and provides top tier customer service. She is fast, knowledgeable and proficient. She is always a sweetheart (and I love her voice 🤭). I think his name is Andrew,(the only male in there) is very nice and helpful as well. Hell the whole staff is just welcoming!
Stephanie and Peggy helped my sister and I pick out glasses and fixed both of our glasses. They were so patient and helpful with our appointment. Always had a positive attitude. I only go to this location for the amazing staff.
I highly recommend it. Corey and staff were super nice and helpful. Dr. Qualls answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had been to a different optometrist in Corona that made me feel like I was wasting his time asking questions about my keratoconus. Happy I was able to find somewhere to help me.
I am so happy with my new glasses. I wasn’t sure what style of frame to get so I asked the girl to help me choose a few frames. Peggy was so very helpful choosing a nice selection for me to try on. She got me a great deal with my vision insurance. I look forward to future glasses purchase.
