My husband and I recently visited for the first time after being long-time Sam’s Club Optical members, and all I can say is—we wish we had made the switch sooner! Dr. Kirt Bui was absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire exam. We also had the pleasure of working with LP Pineda, the optical team leader, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The level of customer service we received was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. This wasn’t just an eye appointment—it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like you truly matter, I highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it!

LP was awesome, friendly, and very efficient. This optical dept is always welcoming and no rushing to pick out your frames. Dr Bui is also very friendly and professional. He guides you along as he does all the necessary eye tests with his machines. I always go here for my glasses and my yearly exam. They are also always good at informing you of any discounts or promotions they have going on.

LP helped me and my son with the process of ordering our glasses. She is well versed in the explaining our benefits and what is covered. Her knowledge of the different frames and looks was very helpful. Great experience

I have been shopping here for years. Love the staff, LP, Martha, and Ale are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They help me pick out new and stylish frames. The store is a bit dated and could use new flooring. In addition, these ladies work tirelessly and deserve a raise along with a couple of days of extra PTO! Dr. Bui is great as well and cares for his patients. Thank you for all you do. I really enjoy my visits to this Target Optical!
