I had a great experience during my optical visit. Leveena was absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She quickly identified and resolved my issue, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.

Great experience-went here because it was covered by insurance, and was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was kind and personable, and the tech that did my exam (Shania) was very professional. Everyone seemed very knowledgable. My 8 year old son and I must have spent at least an hour and a half trying on glasses. Shania’s shift ended, but Alanna stayed and worked with me the entire time. She pulled out glasses for my son to try on, and even helped him entertain himself “designing” his own pair-even though he doesn’t need any. She sized me perfectly and brought me about 100 pairs to try on. She even helped me decide which ones looked best when she could tell I was torn. She was definitely patient with us!! Overall, the experience was wonderful!! Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I did not have an appointment. I did a walk-in to get some medical glasses. Lavenia was very patient very helpful with me and it was just a overall pleasant experience. Even though it was pretty busy, she was very attentive to my needs and my questions.

Great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve never been to an Optical store before and the staff made it easy to find the right pair of glasses and answered all of my questions. They made the whole process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend this location!
