The customer service is amazing here! It’s convenient for me location-wise so that’s what brought me in. I keep coming back both for me and my daughter because of the folks that work here. Omar and Alberto are awesome. Super friendly, on top of it, and great communicators. Just switched to contacts and they patiently helped me figure out how to use them. Definitely going to keep coming back for eye exams and glasses.

I had the most amazing wonderful experience here that I have to rave about this team! Dr. Tina Khieu was the best and most thorough optometrist I have EVER had. As a 72-year-old senior, I felt valued, and the information that she shared with me regarding my eyes was insightful and complete. Her friendly manner made me feel so comfortable, and she was outstanding in her knowledge and ability and extreme kindness. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Khieu! Furthermore, the team that took care of me consisted of Alberto, Kaila, and Omar. They were so friendly and knowledgeable in every way. They truly wanted the BEST for me (as did Dr. Khieu), and explained everything, from the details about the glasses to using my 5% off target card! Their fun disposition, yet knowledgeable kindness, made my experience perfect. As a former school teacher, I have to give them all an A+++!

Alberto was awesome!!! He helped us out very timely and was so nice. Highly recommend this location if you need a quick fix or want to look at some new glasses!

Omar is AWESOME! He helped my husband by fixing his glasses as one of the screws was on the verge of falling out and he’s out of contacts — so it was definitely an emergency. He took his time and made sure everything was even better than when we arrived — he used all tools and replacement parts necessary. He also patiently explained how to register for an appointment and how our coverage would work — we could not be happier to have run into him. GREAT JOB, OMAR!
