I came in simply asking for a nose cushion for my favorite sunglasses. While Eve kindly showed me similar options on the display, Brandon had already taken the initiative to clean my glasses thoroughly and retighten the screws—even before getting to the repair. Brandon’s attitude and approach are truly a gift from above. I work in sales myself, and let me say—customer service is an art. You either have it, or you don’t. And if you don’t, no class in the world is going to give it to you. It’s like singing out of tune—you’re just wasting your time in vocal lessons. It doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have in the subject—what matters to the customer is the first impression, the genuine willingness to help, and the patience to listen, even to questions that might seem irrelevant.
