Dr. Alicia Taylor is truly one of the kindest and most caring eye doctors I’ve ever been to. She goes above and beyond for her patients and takes the time to make sure everything is exactly right — even personally double-checking my prescription and never making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their experience. What makes her practice even more special is that it’s truly family-run. Her family works there too, and you can absolutely feel that warmth the moment you walk in. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and treats you like more than just another appointment. It creates such a comfortable and personal experience that’s hard to find these days. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Taylor and her practice in Forney.
