Enjoyed my experience from start to finish! I was so happy they were able to accommodate a same-day appointment. The entire team was friendly, professional, and worked seamlessly together. Optometrist was cordial, professional, attentive, patient and thorough. Encouraging and complimentary about our good vision. Wonderful experience with the manager as well in selecting our glasses. Dr. Brian is honestly the best! The whole experience was super smooth, and he made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush through the appointment, and actually took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell he really cares about his patients, which makes such a difference. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s both professional and easy to talk to!
As someone who has worn glasses my entire life, eye exams have always been a constant for me. Earlier this month I went into see Dr. Brian and loved my exam. He's super kind and ensures his patients feel comfortable and understand his process (which | appreciated). All the staff I encountered were very kind, including Maci who conducted my pre tests and Chloe who checked me into my appointment. Will definitely come back!
