The wait time wasn't long. I felt like the doctor really listened to me and helped me find a resolution for my eye pain. And when we ran into an issue with the insurance company, the man in vision works took the time to call them, fix everything, and got me out the door pretty quickly!
The emplyee Acknowledge my presence at the time I arrived. He Gave me a tray to begin my shopping experience. Mohammed is and has always been an excellent service provider for Vision Works. He had entered my information and was ready to assist me moments after I completed my selections. I was in and out of Vision Works within 35 minutes. I ordered two pairs of glasses. Thank you!
Employee # 116006 has excellent customer service. I was recommended there and I would highly recommend my family and friends. She gave me her name but I am not good at remembering names but that lady was great. Look her up if you see someone with a smile when you walk in there it’s her. Thank you for your kindness
