Amazing service from the front desk staff to the doctors that they have on site are just wonderful Dr. Ryan. It’s really patient with us especially with my special need kid the front desk staff Miss Grace is always joyful. Happy to help in an amazing person I’ve been going to this clinic for 10 years and I have moved around properties and cities, but I still come back to them because of the such a wonderful work, they do thank you guys for everything.

Listen this rhe place to take EVERYONE the staff omg is unmatched from the back to the front. They really can't help being who thwy are because the Dr is so amazing like no words can describe how good this place is!!! Just come in and try them out yourself you will not be mad or upset or even feeling like why did I pick this place. nope you'll be like when can I just come back lol

They are not wanting to listen to me. I requested this appointment for DL-63 form fills out but they just do the whole eye exam and let me go like they wanted me out of there. I was new there and clueless there. I asked for DL-63 form for the dmv. He stopped and look at me for like 5 seconds and Starting to look around and said he cant help me because dmv have to give me the form for it. So I went get it anyway and bring it back to eye dr. Took them over an hour to fill out the form and sent me out. Yes he asked if I wanted glasses and I said no. But I would have changed my mind if there was options But there was no options to give me

This one star is mainly for the front desk once you get to the back with the doctors and the other professionals then the experience got better but that front desk I can tell in my opinion is absolutely bias We all know pleasant Grove on Buckner is a majority Hispanic and Latino area however there are black people who live in the city as well The lady at the desk didn't even make eye contact spoke at a very low nonchalant tone of voice but dealt with her Latino clients in a upbeat and cheery helpful professional manner however I get cut off when I'm asking questions not even really engaging as she did with her other people who approach the window not to mention she also let a woman skip me as I was there for quite a while she went to the other side of the window and the woman behind me walked around without addressing that I was there first completely rude

The staff at All Eye Care are incredibly professional, and I absolutely love Dr. Ryan! He takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes each visit easy to understand and stress-free. At my last appointment, I asked for reading glasses I could wear comfortably all day—and they delivered! Not only can I wear them from morning to night, but I also no longer deal with the constant hassle of searching for my readers. If you wear reading glasses, you know exactly what I mean—losing them is a daily struggle! 😆 I’m beyond happy with my new reading glasses. Truly the best pair I’ve ever had.
