20 years ago was the first time I walked in this clinic with my children Dr Wilkes is has always been so nice and professional. Just recently about a month ago. I came back for myself and in fear of him not being there to my surprise he was there and checked my eyes. I was so happy to see him again. And so glad he checked my eyes. Still great doctor. And ladies in the front are so nice and professional. The staff in the rooms were nice and professional. The ladies in the glasses area took care of business overall I am still satisfied with the service. Nothing has changed. I am still a happy customer. Thank you for your great customer service.

Very wonderful experience here! Everyone is so nice and patient. Wonderful staff! My first time coming in, they were able to help find my insurance provider. The doctor was able to see me right away. He was very kind you can tell he’s knowledgeable. Wish my friend had recommended them sooner.

Very unprofessional! I called in advance to see if they took out insurance and they said yes. So I went ahead and made an appointment. But day of appointment they tell me they don't take the insurance after driving 1.5 hours to get to location

It was an immediate turn down, it was 10:07am, I walked in and got hit with ohh we dont accept walks in after 10:00 I was 7 minutes late completely my fault I should've Call first but its Ok I got something better. Thanks .

I am saddened to leave this review because I have been coming here forever but my prescription was off on both glasses and contacts put my glasses through my insurance when I came back for new exams everything was smooth until I got to other side were the glasses are the lady Paola was just ruthless & heartless left me without glasses until they fix their mistake I would have to pay out of pocket for a new frame that I need due to a wrong prescription on their end! The doctors are both awesome never had any issues until today.
