We had a great experience at East Dallas Family eye clinic. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The kids got their eyes examined and fitted for there new classes. They were very happy. I would highly recommend the East Dallas Family Eye Care to my friends.
East Dallas Family Eye Care was wonderful with both me and my 3-year-old son. The staff was patient, caring, and made us both feel comfortable during the visit. They were especially great with my son and helped make the experience easy and stress-free. Very professional, friendly, and welcoming — I definitely recommend them for families with young children!
Today was my first time there. I had an amazing experience. All the staff were super sweet & helpful. The doctor was amazing, listened to all my concerns & explained all the information to me about my vision clearly. I got to order my glasses at the end of the visit. Overall, 10/10 experience. You can trust them to take care of you.
I love dr. Kumar,I've been taking my kids there for more then 15 years..he has a new office manager Danielle omg she is the best..nice kind and very soft spoken and very understanding, she definitely has patience..I recommend you go see for yourself
They were very good at answering all of my questions. The entire staff were very pleasant and professional. I noticed several clients comfort additions in the waiting room and exam room since my last visit one year ago. I will continue to visit this office
