I took my daughter to Scope Vision Care because they accept her insurance, but honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The glasses that the insurance covers are very poor quality, and to make things worse, the case they provided doesn’t even fit the glasses, as shown in the photo. It feels like they just hand out whatever, without caring if it’s actually usable. Also, the reception staff is extremely rude. The girls at the front desk act like they’re doing you a favor by even speaking to you—zero friendliness or willingness to help. The only positive part of our visit was the doctor, who was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough to make up for the rest. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service, decent products, or respectful treatment for you or your kids.
