I had two separate cataract surgeries. I was informed of my position in the roster to go back for prep and kept updated on my surgery ETA. The providers doing the prep and after care were exceptional. 10 out of 10.
Our 17-year-old daughter recently had a pretty invasive foot surgery here with Dr. Moss, and I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. As a very nervous parent going through our first surgery with one of our children, I was overwhelmed walking in — but the entire team made the process smooth, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. Her pre-op nurse, Amanda, was incredibly calming and kind, immediately putting both my daughter and me at ease. Angela, her anesthesia nurse, was phenomenal — confident, compassionate, and thorough in explaining everything. Judy, the nurse who went back to the operating room with her, was also so reassuring in those final moments before surgery. And Penny, her recovery nurse, was absolutely amazing — attentive, gentle, and so thoughtful in making sure my daughter was comfortable afterward. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member we encountered treated us with patience and genuine care. I also want to recognize all of the team members working behind the scenes whom we may not have seen — it is clear this center runs on excellence, teamwork, and compassion. We are beyond grateful for the level of care we received and would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone needing specialized care.
Do NOT hesitate booking your surgery with this facility. Every single member of the staff from the beginning of my check in process all the way until discharge were absolutely impeccable at the level of care, reassurance and service they provided. Honestly, the staff there are so sweet and they definitely treat you right. And lastly my overall surgery experience went very well! Thank you Doctors United Surgery Center, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10 out of 10 Definitely recommend!
Had my first knee Surgery ever here at this facility and I will say. The staff and nurses were absolutely phenomenal. Had a very pleasant experience and welcoming visit at this center. I dont usually take the time to leave reviews but this surgery centers care for me made it all worth while to do so.
I had a procedure this past Monday with Dr. Reyes. I came in @ 6:45 am. Check in was prompt, and it wasn't long before I was called back. The nurse was very kind and genuine, she made me feel so comfortable and cozy as I waited for my turn. It was quick and way less painful then I thought I'd be. I'm really please with this facility and the care I received.
