I wish I could give Texas Eye Surgeons 10 stars! I was very nervous about having eye surgery, but from the moment I walked in, Sabrina and Priscilla at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude created such a relaxing atmosphere that it really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Ali did an outstanding job with my surgery. Everything went smoothly, and I have had no problems with my eye. What impressed me the most was his honesty. He never tried to upsell me on premium services or products. Instead, he took the time to explain my options and recommended only what I truly needed. That kind of integrity is hard to find and gave me complete confidence in his care. I would also like to sincerely thank Brittany for all of her help, concern, and follow-up before my surgery. She took the time to make sure I understood all of the instructions and was fully prepared for the procedure. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process much less stressful. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Ali and his staff, before, during and after my surgeries for both cataracts. Dr. Ali was thorough, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain my options and every step of the process and what to expect.
