Dr. Nhan and her staff are tops in vision care! Our appointments are always on time, with friendly care and very thorough exams, including detailed explanations of what the various procedures reveal. Getting custom sunglasses or regular lenses is easy and again, the staff are meticulous with helping selecting styles and fit. Very pleasurable place to keep the ojos OK!
Horrible customer service! I bought my $500 pair of prescription sunglasses from this location. When they broke, I took them back and the woman working the front counter talked to me like I was a criminal; beyond RUDE! I’ll NEVER go into a TSO store again and I would caution others to do the same.
We had the best experience with the location on saratoga in Corpus Christi. The staff and facilities were so pleasant. We are so grateful for the excellent service and experience. The whole business is 5 stars!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nhan is really nice and evem though she only sees us once a year always remembers our names. Also bought several pairs of Costa sun glasses here. I would definitely recommend this office for you exam, glasses and accessories.
As a new patient, I couldn’t be happier with my first visit. All of the staff were very friendly and sweet. I got there early and was seen early! I was in and out within 30 min! I’m very pleased with my new sunglasses. Def will be back .
