I have been going to Dr. Upton since I was in 2nd grade and I absolutely love her. She’s so sweet, personable and really cares about your care. All the ladies at the front are very nice as well. I always enjoy going to my appointments.
The staff are welcoming and recognize you and acknowledge the appointment. The vision assistant was knowledgeable and asked questions regarding any new issues or problems. Dr Upton is a phenomenal optometrist and answers questions, notices any changes no matter how minuscule, and recommends all services and treatment needed. I have been a patient for 5 years and will continue in the future!!
I recently came here for the first time for my annual eye exam, Dr. Cobb was polite and efficient as well as the staff. They seem to really care about the patients experience so I felt very comfortable. I am definitely going to recommend that my family should come here!
I’ve known Dr. Upton for many years. Always very professional and yet very friendly and knowledgeable. She knows my family and always remembers everybody’s names. When there is problem with my contacts, she finds ways to correct the problem. They have to fit correctly and leave me satisfied. Staff is also friendly and professional. Really appreciate their excellent service.
