Sams Club Vision Center

Omg the workers here are the most incompetent people I’ve EVER MET. Constantly getting orders wrong, overcharging on accident, 3 people went in complaining about products or service from them, WHILE they were helping me with glasses. It’s CRAZY how those women still work there AND THE WORST is they don’t even own their mistakes. They are like “well, now everything is fixed”. Yeah, but time energy stress and money was spent for it

Dr. Tappan, very knowledgeable, laid back, and good work. He explained everything to me as he was doing the exam. Very chill, would highly recommend.

I ordered glasses from here and after I picked everything up, I kept getting text messages saying I had an order to pick up. I called to kindly let them know that I had picked everything up. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and the phone call dropped. I called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. I finally hung up. I was not even asked if I wanted to hold for the second phone call or given a chance to talk. Additionally, during the second phone call, an associate would randomly tell me to keep holding. I tried saying please don't put me back on hold, I just have to tell you something quick. They did not even listen and would just put me on hold. You need more associates!! Corpus needs another Sam's Club. It is always packed and you can barely move around.

I just picked up my glasses on 06/08/20. They were supposed to be ready on 06/06/20. I was never called and when I tried calling in several times I could never get someone to answer the phone. So I went on 06/08/20 to find out when my glasses were coming in. Guess what they were there but I was never called. So I tried them on and they seemed OK but then I could tell the vision was not correct. So she adjusted the nose piece and said maybe I just needed to get used to them. I came in today because since she widened them they were slipping off my nose. Well she was sitting there and as I stood at the counter she said oh we are closed. I told her I just needed an adjustment and she refused saying they were closed again. I know she was still on the clock and as such she should have provided customer service and made the simple adjustment. I will never be getting my glasses there at Sams Club again. Or at least while she is employed there.

Dr. Tappan takes his time and is thorough , very calm and relaxing atmosphere, definitely recommend him
