Got a text that my glasses was ready but got there and said not ready have to wait. Ask how long and worst customer service ever she said it’s people waiting we not on the list ok so now I’m confused are they ready or not…. Wish I could give a no stars
Lisa (great name) was great!! From insurance questions to store offers for new customers, she knows the products well and spent as much time as I needed adjusting my brand new glasses - both pairs for new customer - until I felt comfortable with them on my crooked ears!! My glasses were ready within a half hour of sending the order back to the lab right in the store! You can't beat that! They have a nice large variety of styles to choose from and stand behind their products with guaranteed service. My sister has used Dr. Walz, right next door, and Eyemart Express for many years, and so will I, without hesitation! Highly recommend Eyemart Express! Thanks Lisa!!
Great customer service and huge variety of quality frames for all types of heads and faces. I love how friendly everyone is and how they truly make you feel welcome and give you advice on what type of lenses to get depending on your vision necessities. Even without insurance their prices are reasonable. Definitely my favorite lense place.
Amazing amazing amazing!, Great customer service, Let my daughter try on glasses the day before her eye doctor appointment and put them on hold So when we went back the next day, it was a seamless experience to purchase them, Not to mention their same-day service!
