This was my first time going to this place, and it will definitely be my last. I was referred here by a coworker. My appointment was on 04/04/26 for a contact lens eye exam. The eye exam itself went great, and the doctor was very nice. However, at the end of my visit, I was told they did not have my prescription in stock because of how strong it is, which I completely understand. The doctor told me the office would order a trial pair of contacts for me, and if I liked them, I could place an order. I was quoted about a week for them to come in, which is normal since I’ve ordered contacts many times through my previous eye doctor. I was also told I would receive a text or phone call once they arrived. After waiting about 10 days, I called the office and was told my contacts still were not in yet. Again, I was assured I would receive a call or text once they arrived. I waited another 7–10 days and still heard nothing. Now here I am over a month later with no update at all. This is ridiculous. I literally went into that appointment wearing my last pair of contacts. If I had known this office was going to handle things this way, I would have stayed with my previous eye doctor
