My eye exam was the most thorough most attention to detail. I was a walk in customer today at noon Sept 4th. My eye doctor made me feel comfortable and she listened to my history regarding my charging vision and eye care needs. Thank you J Chan, O.D. for your attention to details. I highly recommend her staff.
I went to get my eye exam today and had the best service I've ever recieved. Dr. Chan was very thorough and made sure that every question was answered. She was great and I highly recommend her.
This place is awesome! Fast service and very knowledgeable, kind employees. Had a problem with the weight of the frames I chose n they honored the guarantee and remade my glasses on lighter frames!!! Their space is clean and safe and so welcoming. Best place I have been to in my 60 years of wearing glasses.
The best prices on prescription glasses can be found here. There's a good variety of glasses. I wish they were open later than 6:00 p.m. and I also wish that they were open on Sunday. It takes a long time to get your glasses in after ordering them. It takes 14 days. I don't know why the one person left the review with one star and through such a tantrum. That must be only child syndrome. I've been using JCPenney's horrible multitude of years and I really don't have a problem with the service. Sometimes I use Walmart optical because they're turning around time is quicker. With that said if you want a basic pair of prescription glasses the best price in town is going to be at JCPenney's optical.
Awesome service and product!!! Extremely happy with both pair of glasses purchased here!!! I bought these to be a backup/ alternative to my current pair but these are actually better glasses than my primary pair!!! Thank you for great glasses, a great price and excellent service!!!
