It was my first time coming here and the staff made me feel so welcome! Ashley (I'm not sure if the name is spelled correctly) was amazing. She made me feel welcomed since the moment I walked in and was so helpful during the process. She also made me understand the way my insurance works and gave me opinions on the glasses I selected!
Amazing experience at this location! My daughter wanted a particular pair of glasses but they were currently out of stock. The manager Luis Lessing, searched at various locations and found them. He ordered them to his store and then had them shipped directly to our home to save us on time and hassle. I would strongly recommend this location. Ive been looking into buying meta glasses so I will definitely be back for those 😉
Overall, our visit went well. The ophthalmic assistant was very sweet, patient, and helpful. My husband understands English but prefers Spanish when medical information is being explained, and she was able to answer our questions and make sure we understood everything. When she couldn’t answer something, she explained that the front staff could help and said she would let them know. The doctor was also great. He completed the exam, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions. My only issue was with the front desk at checkout. I wouldn’t say she was rude, but she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I asked a question and immediately felt like I was being told I would have to pay for something when I was only inquiring. I also didn’t receive the information I had previously asked the assistant about. Overall, we had a good experience, I would simply recommend that the front staff be more courteous, welcoming, and helpful, as the checkout experience can really impact the overall impression of a visit.
Honestly the best experience I have ever had and I have had to wear glasses as a kid. I have struggled to find the right prescription and Contacts that fit my eyes and are not uncomfortable. I’ve had multiple doctors and I’ve always had to settle Dr. Pham was able to find a Solution within minutes. The whole experience was amazing. His manager was very kind and helpful and to top it off, they gave me the best value with my insurance. I appreciate the experience and how quick the whole appointment was.
I’ve been coming here for years and Dr. Pham has always been amazing with getting my prescriptions correct for glasses and contacts. The people at the front desk, Luis and Lily are very kind and helpful too.
