I, as a new customer, am extremely impressed with the service I received at TSO. From the front desk staff, and every step of the process to picking out glasses. The eye tests were more advanced, technology wise, than I had experienced which made it interesting and fun. I laughed several times during the tests which isn’t really a good thing to do while testing. Oops. The lady who did the testing was very patient and sweet. Every lerson was amazingly friendly. It is hard to find that these days so I want to shout it from the rooftops! Dr. Nguyen also was very, very nice. She didn’t seem to be in a hurry and she explained things thoroughly. I hope I can always come here for my annual exams! Then there was Kasey. She was extremely personable and helpful helping me pick out the new frames I wanted to get. Us ladies need another’s opinion when picking out fashionable items and I was alone during my visit. She filled in the absence of my daughter or friend and made me very comfortable in the process. There were two other staff members also in the eye glass area, one female and one male. They also gave their opinion when I asked them. They all made the experience fun. I am so glad I chose this place to be my vision health and correction provider!

Overall experience was okay. I came due to reviews and recommended from my kids prior eye doctor due to them not accepting the insurance I currently have. The day we came in was of course new, and on their long day which is most likely busy, so everyone was tending to someone. Someone came up to me in the middle of the store to check me in. Then we waited and my eldest was checked by someone while my littles were testing separately. I wasn’t too fond of that but then again wasn’t asked. I went with the flow, why make a big deal, maybe they are just trying to speed up the process and go home. The doctor was great, explaining and the way she spoke to my children, completely loved. The assistance we received with my child choosing her glasses, great, as well as answering questions regarding pricing and insurance. However 4 stars because today we walked in to pick up my daughter’s glasses and no greeting, no be right with you, no smiles. Again I understand the busy day, but no one wants to walk in and be ignored.

I set an appointment because I hadn’t seen a real eye doctor for a while. My glasses finally had enough so I set an appointment with TSO. A client recommended to me this location and I’m glad I came. The appointment was relatively easy to set up online, standard questionnaires and so forth. When I finally visited for my appointment, I was greeted immediately by the front desk. The warmth and feel of the office felt calm and the staff was very helpful. During the exam, the tech was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The doctor was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and finally put a name to my wonky eye. It was a an absolute relief to finally put a name to something I’ve been enduring for years. The selection of glasses was phenomenal and it was priced reasonably as well. The staff member completed the transaction for my glasses, lower price than I expected. I left dilated and satisfied. This has been the best optometry clinic I’ve visited so far. Thank you all for going above and beyond to make clients feel welcomed and wanted.

The staff there is extremely professional and personable. Everyone is very welcoming. The doctor was very professional, and explained everything. Very likeable and personable. I believe her name was Dr. Stiles. They have a great selection of eyewear, too. We will definitely be going back. Thank you TSO for great Customer Service and a great doctor.

This place sucks and they seem incompetent. Be wary of the 4.9s, I’m beginning to realize they are paid for and in reality they suck. I brought my 8 year old daughter here for an appt. The assistant brought us in the back to start the exam. He was noticeably sick, coughing and sounded very congested. He was testing my daughter and moved closer to do the color blind test. I then asked him if he was sick, he admitted he did feel kind of sick. I said please get me someone else and became angry. I then told the next lady that came and then the Asian doctor who did her exam. The doctor stated she didn’t know he was sick. I stayed about an hour more and he was still there, they didn’t care. My daughter and her mom went back to pick up her glasses and tried to make an appt with the doctor. They said they didn’t have the insurance even though we just ordered her glasses through our insurance. They asked for a health insurance card which I’ve never had to provide or received from the eye insurance company . They just look it up and can show you have it everywhere else. They super super suck!!!
