Very disappointed with the service. From the time I arrived for my appointment, the entire process took approximately 2.5 hours. This was a couple of months ago, and when I finally got around to placing my order for contacts and glasses from that appointment, that process still took over an hour. I arrived at 1:15 PM and was asked to wait before finally providing my information around 1:30 PM. I then waited nearly an hour. I understand there were other customers ahead of me, and I wasn’t expecting special treatment or to skip the line. However, it would have been nice to see customers assisted in the order they checked in with the receptionist. While waiting to place my order, I watched multiple other customers complete their orders before I was helped. By the time I left, it was already 30 minutes past closing (2:30) and my order had still not been completed. Ordering contacts and glasses should not take over an hour, especially when I already knew exactly which frames, lenses, and add-ons I wanted. The staff was friendly, but the overall process showed very little respect for customers’ time. There is significant room for improvement in efficiency and customer service. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
