I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire staff at TSO! And when I say the entire staff, I truly mean everyone in the office.I stopped by on Thursday just to get an idea of how much a new pair of glasses would cost. Raquel went above and beyond to find me the best deal possible, and on top of that, she was able to get me an appointment for the very next day.Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and took patient privacy seriously. During my appointment, there was a very disrespectful patient, and the staff handled the situation with professionalism and grace while continuing to provide excellent care.I highly recommend TSO if you're looking for high quality service, knowledgeable staff, and an overall great experience. Thank you all for making the process so easy and stress free!

I love everything about this office. The reception staff are war, welcoming… and remember your name. Dr DiMaggio is o e of the most thorough physicians I’ve worked with and is very open to collaborative communication. She is warm inviting comforting and asks the right questions (I’m new to glasses). The opticians are exceptional. They pay attention to the quality of every measurement and detail to make sure you leave with the best prescription, with a lens you find wearable in a stylish well suited frame. Pricing is transparent and I would refer anyone to this office. Thankyou for doing what you do, and doing It better than anyone else!

Sophia La is absolutely amazing! She was so patient and took the time to guide me through the entire process, especially since I wasn’t familiar with it. She made everything easy to understand and helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Dr dimoggio is great. The staff not so much . I made a appointment for my son to see about the sty i ask do you think he needs to see the dr are a another type of Dr. She said he would see the other type only if he needed surgery. I said its for his sty. So we get there she told the dr. We didn't want to see her we wanted to see the optometrist that was NEVER SAID . I went to this Dr for my sty. We had to go thru a argument about what my son went there for. Finally the dr came out. We got it straight. She did check the sty and did a complete exam. He was given meds and to come back in 10 days. They got his birthday wrong and couldn't even get what we were there for right.
