I had an excellent experience with my dry eye in TSO located in I-45 my optometrist and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and professional everyone was. The front desk staff always greet patients with a smile and even offer a bottle of water, which is such a thoughtful touch. Doctor Faz is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions patiently, and provided treatment recommendations that are easy to understand. It is clear that she truly cares about her patients and stays up to date on the latest treatments for dry eye conditions. The entire staff works together to create a comfortable and positive experience. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients make every visit pleasant. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dry eye care and outstanding customer service.

I drive over an hour to come to this location, and it’s absolutely worth it because of the excellent customer service provided by Dr. Elli and Dana. Dr. Elli always takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and provides thoughtful recommendations. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident about my care. Dana is amazing as well; she is extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail, pays close attention to every concern, and always answers all my questions thoroughly. The level of care and professionalism here is the reason I continue coming back. Highly recommended!

It is said that the greatest leaders cause those around them to rise. As a patient at TSO Spring for over a decade, I have shared reviews regarding the expertise provided by Dr. Fazlalizadeh and her team before. They continue to welcome myself and my relatives as part of their family. And we continue to receive the finest care available. During my past several visits I have been assisted by a "rising star" there; her name is Tori. She is quick and efficient, but not hurried. She patiently listens to my questions or concerns. She obviously commands a knowledge of optometry and isn't just 'pushing buttons' on a machine. I would easily recommend Tori as a candidate for medical school should she wish to further her growth in the field. Tori is just one more example of how everyone around Dr. Fazlalizadeh are enabled to rise in excellence in their service to patients and customers. Extraordinarily remarkable.

The dry treatment has been a great experience so far. I have done 2 sessions and I can already feel my eyes are not as dry or irritated. I’m excited to see how the other treatments go.

I started my eye treatment in December 2025 and my eyes have been doing so much better since than. I did have some bad days in July but nothing compare to how bad it was back in 2025. So I will continue my treatment because I feel it's helping me.
