My first experience was great! From my first phone call with Sheila, to in office visit, super friendly. Manny was so helpful with choosing the right glasses for me and Dr. Brown was very patient, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what I needed to know. The exam was very thorough. The team is so friendly and I’m so happy I found this place.
My appointment at Chauncey Eye Group was the most detailed eye exam I ever have. The staff were attentive, warm and inviting. The exam itself self was very educational and thoughtful. I also loved that the doctor schedules follow up appointments and is available for future questions that may arise. All together great experience.
I've had nothing but fantastic experiences at The Chauncey Eye Group. The staff is always professional, personable and genuinely concerned with our wellbeing. When we have questions, they do everything they can to find an answer, and if we leave a voicemail, they ALWAYS call us back with the information we're looking for. Dr. Chauncey Brown is an incredible physician. He's patient, thorough, and precise, and has the kind of person-centered, empathetic touch so many physicians are missing. I cannot recommend The Chauncey Eye Group enough. I'm only able to give 5 stars on this review, but they've really been there for us when we've needed it. 1 million stars to The Chauncey Eye Group!!!
I have such a great experience each visit at Chauncey Eye Group. Customer service is truly amazing and professional. They always help with the repair of my glasses, adjustments, and have a variety of glasses to choose from! The provider is super helpful and informative, you can truly tell he cares for his patients. My mother and I have been going here for over 4 years now, and I would recommend Chauncey Eye Group 100%!
The most amazing and informative eye appointment I’ve ever been to.. had an appt a few weeks prior at another eye Doctor who prescribed me the wrong prescription and missed all of the eye problems that I was having which Dr. Brown had Caught and prescribed me the correct medication to fix the issue. I’ll be making my son and husband an appointment here as well.
