Everyone was so nice from check in. eye test to talking with the Dr. topicking out my glasses to check out was a pleasure. I appreciated the fact that the technician and Dr. took the time to explain what they were doing and the Dr. explained my eyes health. I will and have already recommended The Eye Center. It's a great location! I can't wait for my new glasses to come in. 💕
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Alamance Eye Center! After an ER eye emergency, I reached out the very next day, and I was incredibly relieved that they could schedule a follow-up appointment for me that same afternoon. The staff was incredibly caring and supportive during intake, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Porfilio was thorough and addressed all of my concerns, and I’m scheduled for another follow-up next week. I also noticed they have a massive selection of eyeglasses, and I’m really looking forward to browsing for a new pair at my next visit. Highly recommend!
My doctor was fantastic!! She was very patient and informative!! It was the absolute best eye appointment I ever had!! Please keep her on your staff because I want her to my Optometrist for years to come!!! Then my experience with finding new glasses was awesome! Andrea was very helpful, supportive and all around phenomenal!!!
Dr Fowler is the most patient and thorough OD I have been worked with in the last 60 years. She went the extra yard for me by contacting my surgery clinic for follow-up work, which most would have just told me to do. . Facility is clean, all the equipment is modern and clean also. AND no waiting for appointments.
What an amazing and positive experience...right from entering the door and meeting Ashley & Kimberly, and Taylor, to meeting Dr. Ritter. I was fitted with multifocal contacts due to my wearing trifocal glasses and needing contacts for some planned snorkeling adventure. Surprise to me, I can wear these contacts all day without my trifocal glasses, needing only over-the-counter readers for close-up work. Life changing!
