The Eye Center | LensCrafters - North Hills

I have been going to this place since 2023 when I realized the need for glasses. They gave me my first glasses and I have had wonderful experiences with them every time. My visit yesterday was even more exceptional with Dr T. She went above and beyond to explain everything about my eye health and answered all my questions with a smile. The young lady who was my technician, Carissa, was very personable. I work in healthcare, and I know firsthand what it means to be treated respectfully. The young lady who assisted me with choosing new frames was wonderful as well. She was patient as I chose what worked well for me. She was not pushy, but allowed me to drive the choice I ended up with. I will definitely keep North Hills Lens Crafters as my eye care team. Thank you.

Everyone from front desk to the gentleman doing my ocular exams was great and made me feel comfortable and was very polite! Dr Caroline paquin is the best she explained everything I had questions about told me very useful things I needed to know answered all my questions and concerned!!! She is great!!! The whole office was a delight

I was very pleased with the technician and the doctor, both very pleasant and thoughtful. In the future, I have known that I needed cataract surgery, and the doctor was very informative and supportive of my future plans. I continued to have a positive experience when I was in LensCrafters where 2 employees carefully repaired two old pairs of glasses of mine. In addition, the woman who waited on me to order new glasses, was very helpful, and talked to me through the best options and saved me a little money. Very positive experience overall! After recently relocating from Winston-Salem, I was a little hesitant to switch from Fox Eye Care/LensCrafters, where I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I’m so glad I gave Eye Center a chance! Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had my 5-month-old with me, and even with her being a little antsy, I never felt like a burden. That really stood out to me. The office is bright, clean, and welcoming, and everything from scheduling to parking was easy. I’ll definitely be recommending Eye Center to my friends and family! The only thing that caught me off guard was the final cost of the exam. I was initially quoted $48 and ended up paying $123. I understand pricing can vary depending on the services needed, but I would have appreciated a heads-up about the difference before checkout. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and am very happy with my decision to make the switch!

Very well organized. Everything was professionally done. I got there a little late for my appointment but they still worked me in without delay. Waiting area is a little small but you can look at eyeglasses while you wait. Very modern. Great visit. My go too
