The staff is great, professional and curious whether in person or on the phone. Dr. Gwen Miller is exceptional. She is warm, caring, knowledgeable snd professional. She takes times to listen to concerns while answering any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Miller, our whole family has been going to her for years!!
I interacted with 4 staff members (2 @ front desk, assistant for vision testing, and Dr. Gwen Miller). All were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Check-in and next appointment scheduling was seamless. Vision testing was explained and performed as described. Dr.Gwen finished the exam process explaining my vision status, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and we had a short, refreshing conversation including our children, their careers, and daily challenges. Wonderful atmosphere and I highly recommend based on my personal experiences.
Dr. Miller is what keeps me coming back. She is a true professional. She is always so gentle and listens to my concerns genuinely. She is sure to address all of my eye concerns and she thoroughly completes my exam. She also gives great suggestions and give the best medical advice for my eyes. I feel confident I am receiving the best care with her. Besides Dr. Miller, I also love that the eye center is very clean. You can tell it's sterile, and the atmosphere is very peaceful.
I just switched to The Eye Center of Lakewood. I've passed it many times but truthfully the exterior of the building didn't make me notice it. But, Wow! What a great vibe and group of people here! Friendly, attentive and professional. Very excited to find them.
Very good experience here. Even being a first time patient they got me in next day. When I arrived the staff was nice. I was promptly greeted, and only had a very short wait. I saw Gwen Miller. She was awesome. Very kind & friendly. She explained things clearly was very informative. She got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed in anyway. The waiting area is very outdated though. They could use a remodel. But otherwise, great office.
