I had never been here before, but it was the closest eye care place I could find, and I’m glad I stopped in. If you need any kind of eyewear assistance, go see Renee! I’m sure they have great doctors here too, but the customer service alone made a great first impression. The two ladies at reception greeted me right away with smiles and made me feel welcome. I told them I was seeing crooked, and they straightened me right up! I live in downtown Knoxville but work in Tellico Village, so when I need new frames, lenses, or an eye exam, this is definitely the spot I’ll be coming back to. Plus the decorations are unmatched. -Thaddaeus

The friendliest most efficient people I have ever met. Everyone was kind thorough and patient . I had no idea my old prescription was lacking until they did a comprehensive exam and gave me an improved prescription. The detail with which I can see now astounding. Very short wait time and the doctor was patient answered all my questions and took the time to talk to me. Highly recommend !!

Belle was absolutely wonderful and so helpful in getting our glasses ordered. I have wore glasses my entire life and have never had anyone put so much care into getting them fit right! 10/10 experience

Have been going here for 15 years. HEATHER IS Y FAVORITE BUT THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE AN GREAT DOCTORS . I NEVER FEEL LIKE THEY ARE RUSHING TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING AN BREAKING THINGS DOWN TO WERE I UNDERSTAND AN PROVIDE ME WITH ALL THE INFO I NEED ABOUT MY DISEASE AN HOW WE ARE GOING TO TREAT ME SHORT TERM AN LONG TERM TREATMENT.
