1st visit today for my exam. Dr. Hanson and his staff were wonderful. Got me in at my appointed time and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Ordering glasses was easy too. Thank you for the great experience.

I first had a appointment and it was okay. But I got sick I was in the hospital with guillain Beret and couldn't make the surgery. So I did fall on my wheelchair and it did take Dr Michael Wood and his staff a long time and I did not have bandages bandaged. My mom is telling the truth I don't care what anyone says it is the truth I witnessed it I was there. Michael Wood was being a bad mood because I asked him about contact lenses and he was in a bad mood the minute he came into the room. Just ask him and he'll if he's honest he'll say that yeah I admit that he wasn't a bad mood but you're probably never going to ask him. And then he snapped on me and he got angry and then he walked away when I was talking to him. He did say we probably shouldn't go there he didn't act like he wanted me to go there so I got my cataract taken out somewhere else. But he treated me poorly with no respect and no gratitude and no integrity. I'll never go back to him again ever. And I'm not misinformed that did happen if anyone said I'm misinformed their their mistaken they weren't there I witnessed the whole thing with my mom my mom is not in misinformed and neither am I we're telling the truth.
Son is in a wheelchair, he fell when getting up. It took 7 minutes for an employee to assist. With that being said, they never asked him if he was ok or offered bandaids as his knees were both bleeding. DR. MICHAEL WOOD was the doctor to see Eddie for future cataract surgery. He was asked if this office also does eye examinations. He rudely stated your here for cataract surgery.. My son repeated himself, and asked again. Dr. Wood responded again VERY RUDELYand provided no answer. Upon completion, I asked I stated I realize your performing the cateract examination, but upon completion does this office perform eye exam S? Wow!!! He exploded on me. At that point I said,.nrvermind- he will go elsewhere. The doctor said That's a good idea and walked away. Never have I experienced such rude, uncaring and poor behavior from a dr.
Awesome staff. They're so friendly & accommodating. Dr. Ian Patterson is very thorough in his diagnosis. The best eye clinic I've ever been to!!
I brought two kiddos in for an eye appointment at the same time. I don’t think they expected the same family. The staff re-adjusted and had us in and out quickly. They were great and interacted with us in a fun and pleasant manner. As always, we love Dr. Wood. He is great! Highly recommend this office.
