Worst experience with them, awaiting time 2 hrs both time, they don't have even single hospitality. First experience that my appointment was 3:30 pm and I went 3 pm then doctor meet was 5 pm, second time appointment was 3:30pm and i went 2 pm they take the entry in system and told me that pls sit here and doctor meet 5pm.. if they know doctor visit 5pm then they should inform in advance and don't enter in system. Should improve.....

Customer service needs improvement. When going to pick out frames I was not greeted with a warm welcome and it seemed like someone couldn't do their job without an attitude. First time trying to buy frames here an I'll never come back.

Timeliness is definitely not their Forte! my appointment was at 9:50 I walked out at 11:10 to have my eyes checked....WOW

Only leaving 5 stars because it won't allow me to leave 6. Complicated circumstances at work necessitated I have Lasik with little notice. Dr. Yokubaitis, Alexandra, Rebicca, and the rest of the team went out of their way to find time for my procedure with an already-full schedule, and it went smoothly. It was quick, painless, and I can see better than I ever have before. When my employer asked for a last-minute doctor's note and Dr. Yokubaitis was not in the office, he still ensured I was able to get one right away. I Highly recommend this team for anyone considering Lasik, not only for their experience and exceptional skill, but also for their above and beyond customer service!

Be aware that they can change your appointment time, skip your appointment and reschedule you without your approval or even letting you know. I know this firsthand.
