I had such a great experience at Cook Famiky EyeCare! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend Cook Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

My visit was unexpected. Something was not right with my eyes - one eye painful and bloodshot one eye blurry. They got me in very quickly. Diagnosed the problem. Prescribed treatment. Scheduled follow up in two days. The entire office was awesome.

So glad I finally found Cook Family Eyecare. The main lobby is super comfy, clean, and well lit. Tons of options for modern glasses. I worked with Alexandria at the main desk who took the time to help my understand my crazy vision insurance questions and sort through all of the new glasses I was checking out. Dr. Cook did a great job talking me through all of the different parts of the eye exam, including some really modern tech that was super impressive. The whole experience was super easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

We were so happy with the service and quality of care that we received at Cook’s! Their high-tech diagnostic machines assured us that the care we were receiving was based on accurate data. The staff was warm and caring as we were welcomed in. The doctor came in quickly, and the visit went so smoothly. He answered all of our questions and was helpful and informative. Very knowledgeable doctor and staff! Best annual eye exam, left with new prescription and I can see clearly again. Doctor was so kind and patient listened to my concerns and actually heard me. Difficult to find sometimes. Staff was the same easy to work with and great to work with! Great office!
