Staff and Doctor are awesome! Went there for a check up and contacts (first time). The Optometrist was great explaining everything and giving options. The staff was so helpful teaching him how to put his contacts in/take them out. We got him some glasses too and when they needed a small adjustment a few weeks later, they were SO friendly and helpful and got it done quick!
I’ve always had great experiences in the past, but today, the store had two employees and no one helped me for over an hour. Finally, Megan stepped up to the plate and made everything perfect. She instantly sat down to help me once she realized I hadn’t been helped yet. I felt she listened to me, apologized, found a solution, and then thanked me. She is amazing at fixing and resolving an issue. She proved again why I continue to come to this specific office.
The staff and eye doctor are all super friendly and helpful, they also have a lot of beautiful frames 😁
I came in to get my glasses fixed and Max was a great help and helped my glasses get adjusted. He was awesome!
