Doctor campbell and staff are absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and learned exactly what the issues are and it is very personable. He has always solved all my eye problems. Sherry and her assistant who orders and adjust glasses are wonderful and gives great feedback on what looks good and functions well.

This review based on interaction with Shery, office manager, based on how she spoke to me and my daughter after a dispute about the care provided and the process of how they set up an appointment for a “recommended” annual eye exam, even though her prescription from them is only a year old and valid for a other year. Shery was unprofessional, rude, confrontational, dismissive and condescending to both of us. Her tone was indignant and self-righteous. Did not take time to listen to or understand the concerns and questions being raised. We have had other eye exams and purchased frames and lenses from this location in the past and haven’t had any trouble with any of the other people that work here. Our family will not be back and will let as many people as we can know of our experience with this location. The owner responded again saying this is a false review, it is not. It is based on a direct personal encounter with the office manager. The words used were based on my experience with her attitude and tone. The owner is gaslighting here and doesn’t want to acknowledge or take responsibility for the actions of his staff. Again, plenty of places to go in this market that will treat customers respectfully and won’t use predatory practices.

The insurance coordinator told me my glasses would be paid for completely with my company eye benefits program. Its unfortunate that she did NOT verify benefit in the year I bought them. So I was left with a $964 pair of glasses with no insurance benefit. They told me to appeal as most insurance companies give you 30 day grace period + 12 months, this was a complete lie to my face to get me out of the office. So disappointed. Will not return and their people are dishonest jsut to sell you glasses.

I came in a few months ago for my annual eye exam and was treated horribly by Shery, the office manager or person that works with billing. I tried to resolve my concerns with her and instead of helping me understand the situation and talking to me like a respectful adult, she talked down to me, scoffed, rolled her eyes, talked to me like I was a child etc. She was incredibly unprofessional and I am very upset with how she treated me. Based on past poor reviews and the response from the owner, i'm guessing I'll be dismissed and discredited as well. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and I will not be going back.

This place has become a joke when codner left it became horrible. They take months to get glasses in then don't even order frames just lenses it the worst.
