Optometrist Inside LensCrafters

Many thanks to Lisa, the manager. She patiently helped me with new glasses and spending time with her is like visiting a friend. She did everything possible to make sure I got what I wanted without any pressure. She is definitely a tremendous asset to LensCrafters.

James was extremely kind in helping our family each time we have been in to the store and on the phone. His knowledge on the meta products was helpful in making our decision, and he accommodated and compensated without hesitation for an error from a previous employee. We will always count on James every time our family needs to update our glasses.

They were so great!! I was so stressed because I ran over my glasses yesterday and they were able to get me a new prescription and fit me in!! Lara is amazing and the staff are so nice! I was visibly stressed and they still treated me with unconditional kindness. Super grateful! And my glasses look amazing

Just called the Orem store, 3/13/26 @ 11:35 am, and the very rude store associate would not help me. I asked for her to look up my prescription and gave my information and she said they didn't have it. When I asked if Lenscrafters has a general database of their patients she said no. I called another store and the very professional and helpful associate looked up my prescription in about 30 seconds and this store was not where I had my exam. Taking my business elsewhere.
