Excellent experience- first time / new patient. Very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Med assistant was thorough, kind, and took her time. Dr. Patel is a consummate professional and covered everything from A to Z. She’s warm and patient-centric. It was a wonderful experience and I’m very happy that I found a new eye doctor.

The doctor was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. My daughter has been a patient here for some time, and they have always taken such great care of her every single visit. I decided to come based on her experience, and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Eva Patel is an amazing eye doctor who listens to your concerns and explains any issues in detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The eye experience as a whole is a great practice/store the staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. Although they carry mostly designer frames their prices are pretty similar to other retailers and make sure you have everything you need and a huge selection of colors and styles. They have a beautiful comfortable office with refreshments while you wait. I wouldn’t choose anywhere or anyone else to do my eye exams.
I came in panicking because of an eye irritation, and Dr. Patel saw me immediately. It was such a relief to be seen so quickly. The facility was spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I 100% recommend coming here!
Amazing experience. Staff is very nice and accommodating, I was offered refreshments while filling in paper work. I only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Dimple was very thorough and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They also have a good collection of glasses that were covered by my insurance so lots of options. Would definitely recommend this place.
