The Eye Experts

ABSOLUTELY my best experience with an ophthalmologist! Dr. Surdashan is an EXCELLENT knowledgeable ophthalmologist. From the gal that booked my appt, to the front desk, to the technician (Nathan) that did all the testing to the sweet girl (Lizzy?) that helped fit me for glasses was top notch! I might add that I waited no longer than 15 minutes for my appt. As long as I'm in the valley Dr. Surdashan at Eye Experts will be where I go!

I called the eye experts to make an appointment and I was able to create that however, due to my job, I had to cancel it. I did call to advise them that I would be calling back to reschedule. Upon calling back to reschedule, i was advised by the receptionist, that if I canceled again, I would be discharged by the doctor. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm paying the doctor for service And I understand they have busy schedules, but we are the clients and the patients, and sometimes our schedule will conflict, as well. I was not happy with the service that they provided when I was simply trying to reschedule. Needless to say I will not be going back to that optomologist If they cannot take into consideration that sometimes we need to reschedule. I would much rather go somewhere where I feel appreciated.

The staff was polite and prompt. I felt at ease and didn’t wait too long to be called. In fact the movement was fast. The actual exams they applied were beyond my expectations and much needed. Granted I am applying for disability and social security paid for the exams. I was blown away by their performances

I had my 2nd annual eye exam here, and both times I experienced good customer service as well as speedy service. The staff is very friendly and you get seen by an actual doctor, I was specifically seen by Dr. Richardson. I am very squeamish when it comes to eye drops and just having things near my eyes in general, but they're very patient and very helpful getting me through what is a stressful situation for me. I hope they keep up the good work! I definitely recommend coming here!

I always have a very good experience at this office. The Doctors are clearly knowledgeable and always professional and very friendly. They always make me feel welcome and also put me at ease. There is always a positive ambiance at this office. The employees look very comfortable and appear to enjoy their jobs as well. I asked to be seen at the room with the windows all the time and they always accommodate. I like this Doctor's office a lot.
