Great Doctor High recommend him we have been going there since we moved here almost 7 years ago. I go there my husband goes there my daughter that’s 15 goes there and my son 16 goes there. We are 4 Happy patients. What I like about the Provider is that he goes through everything step-by-step. He explains everything that he does before he does it and if he sees something, he will explain it to you. Let you know how to follow up or if everything‘s OK he’ll see the following year. That’s what a good provider does he spend quality time with us and he treated my children 100% with respect he spoke to my children because they’re his patient patience come first I would recommend this office 100% thank you very much. Have an amazing day. Be blessed and stay cool. It’s hot outside.

Sat and waited after attempting to sign all the boilerplate forms on an ipad. Have so far Waited 30 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment. It gave me time to read the fine print that is scary. The Eye Institute can charge you if you don’t use them for an eye exam and if they mess up your prescription for Any reason you have no recourse with them. I’m done with them.
At 8:10 in the morning I was able to get an emergency appointment for 10 am. It turned out I had a slight scratch on cornea and I was very grateful to get diagnosed so quickly. Everyone at the Eye Institute is very friendly and professional. I have been going there for several years now and am very glad I discovered them.
ALL the staff were so friendly and professional. Dr. Saul’s explained my exam results in detail which I found very interesting. Nice frame selection to choose from. This was my first time here and I’ll be back.
2026 (update): I still had a great appointment experience with the technician and with a different optometrist, Dr. Adam Sauls (Dr. Halton has moved away). I really appreciate the expertise of the doctors here, especially with all my unique vision issues (see below), and that's why I'll continue coming back. My only issue was with how my appointment was canceled. I had scheduled it a year in advance, and it was canceled without any notice. I didn't respond to the confirmation requests until the day before because I was traveling—that part is on me. However, if the office can text, call, and email to ask for a confirmation, I think they should also contact patients to let them know if an appointment has been canceled. I only found out when I arrived for my appointment and was told they couldn't see me, so I had to reschedule. I hope they improve that process so patients' time is given the same consideration as theirs. 2025 (5 stars): I had a great experience with making my appointment and at check-in with Aaron (even the iPad new patient documents were user friendly). Katrina, the tech, is wonderful, warm, patient and puts you at ease. I was most happy to have found my new optometrist, Dr. Andrew Halton. I have been going to eye docs for my entire life all up and down the east coast and France and this was one of my better experiences. He really listens, hears your concerns and questions, and has the knowledge to come up with solutions that fit into your needs/lifestyle and explains very well. I feel very confident in his care and can’t wait to try my new lenses. I have amblyopia, astigmatism, now aging eyesight, and inflammation due to autoimmune issues. Highly recommend.
