This location is very accessible. Doctor Sherman is absolutely genuine! She listens when I talk and doesn't rush thru, just to get to her next patient. I love her. She is a superb doctor. The staff is great. They greet you and help with scheduling. They have been taking care of me for decades.

Unpredictable - nice doctors/ random practice. Scheduled appointment but the office was closed. After texting me 4 times to confirm my appointment (which I did) Called the office to doublecheck - auto message says “we are closed”. Is this Silus style or Drexel? No warning, no message, no email … Went to check again later - hours sign says “open Saturday 11-4” - light are off everything locked. Same thing happened few weeks ago - middle of the week. Just closed. No answer. May be they are “silently quitting” after being bought by Drexel ????
A truly outstanding experience. From the beginning of the visit with Ben and Don checking me in efficiently and pleasantly, setting a good tone for the visit, to the preliminary exam by the students, Melanie and Matthew, I felt appreciated and well cared for. Dr. Pelino did a fantastic job verifying the students' exam and explaining the findings in terms that were easy to understand. I will definitely go to this Eye Institute location again.
I had a very good experience as always. I have been attending this clinic for a number of years. The front desk is wonderful. The doctors are wonderful. I have not had a problem with any of them. I lost my earbuds in there yesterday and I came back this morning and they have them for me. And it’s not the first time I dropped my wallet, one time and the gentleman behind the desk found it for me. This is an excellent clinic. I love Dr Pelion And all of his residences. I would recommend this office to anyone. And everyone!!
I absolutely love this location. Receptionist was nice that gut that took me back was nice. The young Lady Bailey Ze. that had me was excellent. She was explaining the entire exam and was very informative. Maybe the best out of all my eye exams. Keep up the great work and Dr. Pelino (sorry I know I spelled that wrong) is always a pleasure. He knows what he is doing and his energy and information is brilliant. I think I am skipping out on returning to the Godfrey location. Everyone there is rude and seem like they have attitudes. Love this place.
