I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Aleshia Luu is hands-down the best doctor I've ever had! She is professional, kind, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to really listen and explain things, and I feel so lucky to have found her. The whole team makes the experience even better. Maci was a wonderful support throughout my visit, and Jessica at the front desk is a standout: so helpful, sharp, knowledgeable, and always has a great attitude that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Grateful to have found a practice where every single person genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Today I went to my normal eye doctor and afterwards planned to buy new sunglasses and glasses. I didn’t have the best experience with the optician there and ended up leaving empty handed. My husband told me to go to his eye doctor and see if I liked any glasses there. Best decision. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful at the Eye Institute. Travis helped me find both sunglasses and glasses that I loved within minutes. Highly recommend them! What a great experience.
As a new patient of Dr. Luu, my first visit was 5 stars. From registration, to the pre-exam by Logan I was treated like I’ve been going to this practice for years! Dr. Luu was very personable from the minute she came into the exam room. She’s very professional, yet friendly. She explains everything she’s doing and goes over the results of each procedure along with the pictures of my eyes. I needed a new prescription and the young lady in the optical side was very helpful in helping me to choose the right frame for me. I’m glad I chose The Eye Institute for my eye care.
New to the area and I can say without reservation that we have happily found our eye doctor. The staff was friendly and up beat and Dr Luu gave the best and most informative eye exam in my life. Grateful
I recently order eye glasses from a vendor based on the prescription provided by the Eye Institute. Unfortunately, when the eye glasses arrived I was seeing double out of one eye. We confirmed that the glasses were made to the Eye institute's prescription. The next step was to simply determine if the prescription was correct or put better did my eyes changed and a new prescription was needed. I called the Eye Institute and they said no problem. Cool, when I got there things fell apart. They refused to give me another eye exam unless I brought in the eye glasses that didn't work were brought in. Now why, in your wildest imagination, would you think that I would accept delivery of glasses that do not work? After a heated discussion about just give me the eye test and wasting an hour of my time, I walked out. Found another doctor who determine that the eye test was incorrect, close but incorrect and the vendor made the adjustment and everything is find now. No thanks to the Eye Institute.
