Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The exam was thorough, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Sam's Optical! Dr. Christensen was outstanding and really cares about helping her patients. She explained everything she was doing during the eye exam and was very patient when answering my questions. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Everyone was incredibly nice and seemed to genuinely care about providing the best service possible. They were also very affordable, as the exam was only $65! I will definitely be back and am recommending to anyone who needs an inexpensive and comprehensive eye exam!
The people here were really nice and made me really comfortable. I will say one thing that's pretty upsetting to me is the eye Dr convinced me to not get bifocals because "Your prescription for far away is so small and only in your left eye", so now I can only use them as reading glasses and just can't see far away. Huge bummer since i was very excited to finally be able to see. He didn't even write down my far sighted perscription, so im not really sure how to go about getting my lenses corrected without getting an entire new eye exam.
London was great at helping me pick out frames and helping decide what lens upgrades would help me
I have a Sams Club plus membership. It really paid off in the optical dept. Two pairs bifocals with all the added protection for around $425. I did not have to sacrifice on style either to get this price. Would have been almost double @ optometrist office. The optician Martha who works at WF is awesome. Found flattering frames to fit my face with ease. She knows her dept well. Quick turnaround on frames too about 2 weeks. Definitely recommend.
