I've been going to the Eye Institute for the last 5 years. Dr. Palo is great! Professional, kind, and competent. He takes extra time to be sure all questions are answered and I feel confident in his clinical expertise. The staff is great. Friendly, always helpful. Finally, they have an awesome selection of glasses and very capable opticians.
Dr Palo is AWESOME, I was worried moving from NJ to NC as I needed to have an excellent eye doctor to support my eyes with all their issues. Ironically my NJ eye docs went to school with Dr Palo and highly recommended him. I believe in and trust my eyes with Dr P so much I drive over an hour each way to see him for my appointments and it's worth it. Great office, uses new technology well and solid doctor.
I always enjoy my yearly visits with Dr Palo and his staff! I would and do recommend this office! I would recommend Dr Palo in a heartbeat!!! The fact that he cares enough about his patients to offer a line of reasonably priced frames that are of excellent quality speaks volumes to me!!! Thank you Dr Palo!!! 😊
I’ve used the Eye Institute, both locations, for years. Dr Palo is worth driving to (I don’t frequent the Seaboard area). He is outstanding in taking time to clearly explain all of your options. He also offers laser dry eye treatment that is a rare find in the Triangle area. I highly recommend Dr palo and the Eye Institute for eye care!
The most professional and thorough eye exam I have ever received. I’d been wearing antiquated multifocal contact lenses for years..Dr. Palo prescribed a more current lens and my vision is vastly improved..will be entrusting my eyecare to him moving forward..wonderful staff as well!
