Spittle is kind and takes the time to listen and offers very insightful information that is sometimes outside of the box. He's also funny and makes the experience personal, unlike other offices. Estemainyn was detailed and went over my options and insurance information during checkout. She is also full of surprise and delight! Highly recommend this office. Also a great selection of glasses to browse.

I have been seeing Dr. Spittle for many years now and he goes above and beyond to make certain my vision is the best it can be. I have had challenges with my vision, so being in the hands of someone who cares and responds to every need is important. Just as important as the rest of the team. Patrice excels in professionalism, with a compassionate heart. Gabby is also an asset to the team. I trust these professionals with every facet of eye health, which is incredibly important. I had an eye exam last week. Here’s how it went: Gabby took a few preliminary tests. She was sweet and professional. So everything started beautifully. Then comes in Dr. Ellis. Can I tell you Dr. Ellis is one of the kindest, sweetest, knowledgeable and professional doctors I have had the pleasure to meet since I moved back to Richmond. She also had a very calming demeanor which made the exam easy and seamless. She educated me on my current eye condition for each eye , eye care options and next steps. Wonderful doctor and experience. Finally I finished up with Daja. Daja was also wonderful and kind. She checked me out and gave me my final options. This experience was so wonderful. Will be back again. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Angelly was so nice and soft spoken. She explained each step and I felt super comfortable. Dr. Ellis was excellent! Highly recommend. I was looking for an African American female doctor and she exceeded my expectations. Super friendly, explained each step and was efficient and thorough. The environment is quiet, clean and runs super efficiently.

Great place for eye check up and great location, every time I visit I feel like I am entering a fine dining Michelin star restaurant, with all the perks of being a high roller entering a casino on the strip in Las Vegas, 🙏🙏🙏 much appreciated and the service was excellent by the concierge named Angelly, sometimes I forget I am there for my eye check up and while waiting I get a strong urge to order a martini 🍸 shaken not stirred 🤣😊 alas my eye services ended without a single hiccup as Kamora took great care of me and so I shall be booking back very soon as my eyes 👀 were well taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars from Simon cowell 👏👏👏
