As always a great visit. No waiting. Very friendly staff, who never mind when I say for the 20th time how about these(glasses). Lol Knowledgeable about the insurance benefits. Dr. Ostmeyer is very friendly, thorough, and takes her time to make sure all my questions are answered. I would recommend the team at the Hunter's Ridge location without a doubt. Thank you!
We love the North Topeka Eye Doctors! Our entire family gets our eye care there and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is fantastic- everyone has always been super friendly and its clear they make an effort to create a welcoming environment. I love how they consistently explain every step of everything they're doing so you're never surprised - this is a BIG help when you've got nervous kiddos being examined! And Dr. Ostmeyer is truly the best! She makes a concerted effort to get to know her patients, she's always seems up to date on the latest treatment options, vision therapies, etc and my kids and I have always appreciate that she speaks TO/WITH them, and not over them/just to me during their appointments. Even when you know she has a packed and busy schedule, she never rushes through an appointment and ensures you never leave with questions unanswered or a follow up planned. Plus, how can you not love an eye doctor who rocks such fabulously fun eyeball shoes?
Very happy with my visit. All of the staff are very kind. Angela at the front desk was very professional and nice. Shaunte did all the pre-testing and was so sweet. Then I saw Dr Ostmeyer and she did great and was very helpful with some issues I was having. I was very pleased with my visit to The Eye Doctors.
Dr. Putnam and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to squeeze in a cancellation spot. Gina helped me pick out some new glasses and was so patient (bc that's a process). I was going to the North Topeka Blvd location and had poor service from my appts being cancelled to not getting an answer on the phone or various other things - I am so happy I switched locations!
The staff are friendly, professional, and so helpful! I really appreciated the quick assessment and referral to a retina specialist when I needed it! When it came time to pick out a pair of glasses, they had a great selection of frames to choose from.
