The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, but what impressed me most was their integrity. After evaluating my eyes, Dr. Aaker actually took the time to explain which products and services I didn’t need. It’s always a concern that you might be recommended something simply because it means another sale, but that was absolutely not the case here. I truly felt like they cared more about what was best for me than making money. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. I highly recommend The Eyeglass Shop!
Hello Jen. Yes...I do LOVE my eyewear! I would rate my experience a very firm 10. The employees are hands down, responsible for my positive experience with The Eyeglass Shop. EVERYONE had a smile and a welcoming attitude. The front foyer, the exam rooms and the fitting area were spotless, well appointed and the selections were vast and exceptional. Thank you for your time and commitment to your customers. I will highly recommend and will certainly return.
Dr. Aaker is very professional and knowledgeable. His team makes your eye exam comfortable. Tyler, his assistant was also very professional and knowledgeable in performing all the necessary eye tests and then helping me with new frames and prescriptions lenses. Overall, they are very good.
I had such a great experience at The Eyeglass Shop. Everyone was very attentive and professional. The Dr. Aaker was thorough and answered all my questions. Tyler was amazing when I was purchasing my glasses. She was very patient and informative. Tyler made me feel right at home. Amazing customer service. I will be back.
