I went to get my eyes checked because every other nearby optometrist was full. The process to get in there was fast which was the only plus side to going to the office. First time going in and finishing exam took 30 minutes. Keep in mind I only went because my contact prescription was expired and needed new contacts. No one else was opened for an early appointment so why not. The office uses a lot of technology to get things done which is great but they seemed to be lacking with strong customer service and always running left and right which made the place feel at unease. Regardless I knew I wanted contacts, as well as the brand, I just needed the contacts lenses and the prescription from the doctor. The doctor was fine and fast which was efficient for both of us. I payed a $10 copay and $75 for an “eye fitting exam” which is for them to take little more money but it’s my first time there so that’s fine. After receiving the prescription it wasn’t signed and I asked the desk manager if it’s fine because I need to go to buy contacts since they didn’t have them in stock. She said they will take it. Unfortunately they didn’t. I called annoyed that I should have made them sign it and when they answered the phone they said they will right away. This is what annoyed me the most. I said please as the lady at Costco was waiting for the fax and had the boxes ready to go. We waited and waited for about 20 minutes and I said to myself let me call them so I did. I opened the phone to them laughing and asked the lady if it was sent through. She said one second and I could hear her then start the process. She didn’t even start any of the faxing the first time while I mentioned we are waiting for her and it’s been 20 minutes??? If I didn’t call again it would have never went through. Very disrespectful like it’s something that they didn’t care about. Overall I would not go again, better as a place that if they are the only optometrist available to go but ensure they do their job before you go out of there when it concerns other businesses as well. I never wrote reviews ever but had to this time cause it’s unacceptable.

Total disappointment. Poor customer service. From the Optometrist, pricing specialist, to the receptionist. They all seemed eager to get rid of the customer. I had some apprehension when the receptionist and Pricing Specialist also played doctor roles by conducting part of the eye exam. I had to drive back to the office after I realized that they missed and important part of the glasse's order. High pricing and poor customer service.

Weak inventory.... Everything mark up passing the manufacturer's MSRP. They have coupons discounting there marked up inventory down $25 off a pair of glasses exceeding $100 over MSRP. Are you really getting a good deal or discount? I think not? it just a tactic they use to make the customer feel good that they think there getting a deal. i saw a pair of glasses on the manufactures website for $60 and there store had it for $200. that was is a huge mark up.

We ordered a pair of prescription glasses for our son using his own frame. Unfortunately, it got lost and no one called us telling the the real status. After I had called them many times and my son had been struggling for almost two months, we went back in this shop in Upland. It’s lucky to have Ayana solving the problem. It seams she was the only one there who was professionally, nicely and responsibly serving customers and cared about their feeling. Ayana has turned the outcome very satisfied from a very frustrating encounter. Actually Ayana deserves five stars 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖
