The Fairview Eye Center

I had an excellent experience working with the contact lens department at the eye center. The staff Ginny Kozak who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and make sure I was comfortable with my contact lenses before I left. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience easy and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely care about her patients and providing outstanding customer service. I had cataract surgery on 3-23-26 and as with my 1st surgery everything was good. Dr. Chad Serels and the whole team from check in to when I went home was great. Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They they were very busy because they were short-staffed. They had some people that had called off because they had been sick. They were also very apologetic, because I had a wait a little bit even doctor loizos apologized. I also had questions and they called me back to help me understand.

The staff needs to more pro-active. I got a last minute call today that Fairview clinic is no more on my insurance providers list. This appointment was made 2 weeks back and they call you just a day before that they discovered this now. I have been coming to this place for past 2 years and i had a similar issue last year as well. wherein they charge both me and my wife for an eye test that was not covered by my insurance. The guys running this place for years should have the basic information with them but they just don't care. I am not coming here again
