The staff was amazing anything that I needed it was no problem the staff works very hard to accommodate everyone not an easy job service with a smile. Meds were on time and if u are in pain it’s got to be a 10 they will make an exception. Got a news paper in the morning she was happy to give u one and make u smile what ever it is that u are going through they the whole staff whether it’s a cleaning crew a nurse a doctor they are always there to accommodate you AMEN. After being ill, my mother needed speech therapy. On some days, she became angry with herself, but they were understanding and patient with her despite her challenging behaviour.

Asking for assistance is not something my father enjoys doing. He received excellent assistance from the Heritage personnel without feeling powerless.

Awesome service! I cannot thank the therapy team at Heritage Center enough. My father came here after surgery, unable to walk, and the progress he made in just a few weeks is incredible. The physical and occupational therapists are patient but persistent; they really know how to motivate my stubborn, but loving father. It’s a smaller facility, so you don't feel like just a number. Highly recommend for anyone needing short-term rehab.

We were so worried when my father needed skilled nursing care after his surgery, but The Heritage was a blessing. The most important thing for us was his comfort and safety, and the facility exceeded our expectations. His room was always kept impeccably clean, and he frequently told us how comfortable the bed was.
