For a first time user for glasses, my experience was amazing. As soon as I walked in the people there were polite and very helpful. I never needed to wear glasses until now. Evelyn was amazing she helped me out from the beginning to the end. The staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful for my needs. I highly recommend coming to Pearle Vision @ East Brunswick.
The overall experience was very good, but special recognition is due to Dr Lauletti who was exceptional in the way he conducted the eye exam and explained his findings.
Overall store experience is great! Dr Natasha is fantastic! I visit her every Year. . She is so professional, thorough, and caring . takes time me examine carefully, answer all questions, explain everything clearly. She makes the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. Thank you!
Great experience as usual ! Friendly staff at check in and Dr Lauletti is thorough and takes time to answer any questions you have . Jen helped me pick out frames and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend using them for your vision needs .
Front desk was very patient trying to get my insurance issue fixed, Dr was very thorough and explained options to me ,, very happy highly recommend
